Pablo Huidobro Martínez
Mr. Huidobro earned his law degree at Diego Portales University, followed by a Master specializing in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain (2001-2002). He has a diploma in Criminal Procedure Reform from the Alberto Hurtado University Law School (2003) and a diploma in Economic Criminal Law from that same University (2005). He joined our firm upon graduation, in 1998. Here he has specialized in criminal matters. From 1998 to 2004, he worked as a criminal attorney for the National Defense Council, mainly in processing lawsuits and in arguing before the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. He was a criminal attorney for the Public Criminal Defender’s Office from 2005 to 2008, where he holds the position of Local Defense Attorney for Las Condes and San Miguel Sectors, processing all kind of lawsuits of the Criminal Procedure Reform.
Mr. Huidobro has been Professor-Aid in the subject of Criminal Law at the Universidad del Desarrollo Law School since 2008. Professor of Oral Litigation Skills at the same university (2012 to date)
